Eligibility
Advertising on this site is only available to property owners & land owners aged 18 years and over. OnlyBulgaria reserves the right to limit inclusion or to delete entries should it consequently be found that any property being advertised is in fact not privately owned by the advertiser.

Advertising
When you purchase advertising on this site you must provide us with accurate and complete personal information. This information will be securely stored and will never be used for any other purpose other than to allow us to contact you directly regarding your account.

Fees and Duration
The fees for advertising on 'OnlyBulgaria.com' are stated at £50.00 for a six month subscription. The fee allows for multiple property advertising and is NOT limited to one property per fee. An automatic renewal fee will be applied to your account after six calendar months from date of registration. The onus of responsibility is for the customer to tell OnlyBulgaria they wish to cancel their subscription.

Payment
All orders are processed via PayPal. No payments are processed by OnlyBulgaria and subsequently no card or bank account details are stored with OnlyBulgaria.

Guarantees and Warranties
We will not be legally responsible to any customer or member of the public for any information supplied on this website. Our website is made available on an "as is" basis and we do not make any representations or assurances if such information subsequently proves to be inaccurate or out of date. We shall not be held legally responsible for any consequential loss resulting from the information that is provided. Any resolution made in relation to purchasing/selling property and/or services as a result of information acquired from our site is your sole responsibility. The only assurance that we can give regarding the accuracy of the information is to affirm that all reasonable undertakings are made to withdraw inaccurate information from the site as soon as possible. The service we offer is to allow individuals to advertise property/land for sale on our website. Introductions are simply facilitated and no further obligations are outstanding. If purchasing property/land we firmly recommend that you do not pay money in any form until you have completely satisfied yourself by every practical means that the contract you are entering into is legitimate and also that you use the services of a qualified solicitor.
Finally, OnlyBulgaria do not guarantee or warrant that you will receive enquiries or sell your property through this web site.

Changes to site
OnlyBulgaria reserves the right to change the site content or layout at any time. OnlyBulgaria will make all commercially reasonable efforts to make and communicate updates.
