Buying
In Bulgaria
To buy property in Bulgaria you need to own the land
which it is on, therefore you need to set up a Bulgarian company to
do this, WE KNOW HOW!!! |
|
|
| |
|
1. You
cannot purchase in your name. |
| |
2. A company
must be incorporated, a Limited company unique to yourself and the
district must be purchased. |
| |
3. Bulgaria’s
ownership policy will be harmonised with the EU in the future. |
| |
4. This
company must be set up through the use of a solicitor. |
| |
5. This
must be done prior to any purchase of property or land. |
|
6. You
will require an independent translator. |
| |
7. You
receive an initial contract of sale. This would require a 10% deposit
on any purchase. |
| |
8. Do
the standard checks on the property using a reputable Bulgarian solicitor. |
| |
9. Sign
the Notary Act (Contract of purchase) in front of a Bulgarian Notary. |
|

You
can use the estate agent that you are buying the property through
to register and buy a company, as they can arrange everything for
you, but our question is:
Would you do this in England, Ireland, Scotland Wales? No!
If the answer is no, then we can advise you of an
alternative that will save you possibly thousands in wasted estate
agent fees etc...
We have made trustworthy contacts in the fields of Accountancy,
Law and Translation, these contacts have been made through over
two years extensive research and relationship building.
Remember we have already bought in Bulgaria and know all the
pitfalls!!!
Like you, we are just ordinary people looking for
the dream!!!
Now you too can benefit from the sources on offer!!!
